An annual online survey by the Harrison Group finds that the time teens spend surfing the Internet is gradually increasing. Last year, teens spent 18 hours a week online. In a survey conducted Sept. 18-21 of 1,000 teens ages 13-18, researchers found that number had grown to 20 hours this year. [usatoday.com, 10/17/06 stats, Plugged In Online 1/15/07]
